Please note that we limit orders to 10 per person per order. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone.
- There is no limit to the number of items that can be purchased online, however, if you place a large order or if there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

- For online reservations and in-store pickup items, please come to the store on the date and time specified when placing your order to pick up your item.
- For online orders, delivery usually takes about 7 to 10 days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges |
- For online reservations and in-store pickup products: If the product is defective, please contact us using the inquiry form.
- For online shopping products
If the product is defective, please contact us using the inquiry form. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the delivery company's storage period being exceeded due to absence or due to customer convenience. *We pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered is delivered, we will exchange it for a substitute.

- For online reservations and in-store pickup, take-out items will be handled in-store.
- For online purchases, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the product to us by cash on delivery.

Cancellation/Change |
- For online reservations and in-store pickup items, if you wish to cancel, please contact us using the inquiry form by the morning of two business days prior to the in-store pickup date. (For example, if you plan to pick up your order on March 31st, please contact us by the morning of March 29th.) After the above deadline, production preparation will begin and cancellation will no longer be possible. Cancellation will be complete when you receive a cancellation confirmation email from our store. If you wish to change the item you ordered, please cancel your order within the above deadline. Please place a new order once we have confirmed the cancellation.
- For online purchases, if you wish to cancel, please contact us using the inquiry form by noon within 5 days of the order date. (For example, if you placed your order on March 27th, please contact us by the morning of March 31st.) Once the deadline has passed, the item will be prepared for shipping and will no longer be able to be cancelled. Cancellation will be complete when you receive a cancellation confirmation email from our store.
