About Shipping
We use Yamato Transport as our delivery company. All mail-order bagels will be delivered by refrigerated delivery (frozen type: -15 degrees or less) to maintain quality. After receiving the product, please check the storage method and store it in an appropriate place.
*You cannot choose the delivery company or delivery method.
After the product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping completion email with the "package inquiry number." If you wish to change the delivery date, please enter the "package inquiry number" into Yamato Transport's package inquiry system , check the delivery status of your package, and then contact Yamato Transport to request a change.
If you have any inquiries regarding delivery dates after the product has been shipped, please contact Yamato Transport.
The receipt period is a maximum of 3 days, including the day you are absent, and if the storage period expires, the parcel will be returned to the store. If you are absent, you will need to change or adjust the re-delivery date and time yourself, and please receive the parcel within the storage period. Please note that we cannot re-ship or refund the parcel due to customer's convenience.
Shipping Fee
All mail-order bagel products will be sent by refrigerated delivery (frozen type: -15 degrees or less). The following is a guide to shipping charges for a 60 size (1 package) bagel mail-order product when ordering 10 or less bagels, including set products. If you order 11 or more, the shipping charges will change in stages depending on the number of items ordered.
If you would like to have your items shipped to multiple destinations, please place an order for each destination. (Shipping fees will be charged for each delivery destination.)

Product shipping is limited to within Japan.
Regarding areas where delivery is not possible, such as remote islands
We are unable to deliver products to areas where delivery takes longer, such as remote islands, due to product shelf life and the need for refrigerated delivery services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding in advance.

Regarding product accidents during delivery
Any troubles that occur during delivery are the responsibility of Yamato Transport. Please report the problem immediately after receiving the package. Please report the problem to the delivery person on the spot, or contact the customer service center listed on the delivery slip.
Regarding date and time designation
Online reservation/store pick-up
Products reserved online and picked up at the store will be handed over at the store. Please make your online reservation by 9:00 PM on the day before the desired pick-up date. Pick-up dates can be specified up to 7 days in advance. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or there is a delay in production due to a high volume of orders, we will contact you by email or phone.
Mail order
To maintain quality, mail-order products are manufactured after receiving an order and shipped as soon as they are ready. If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please enter your desired date and time in the order notes on the cart screen, within 7 days (excluding holidays) from the order date listed on the product page.
We will arrange for shipping according to your desired date and time, but we cannot guarantee that the product will be delivered on the desired delivery date and time. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or there is a high volume of orders and delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.
In addition, there may be delays in the arrival of your specified date due to road conditions and weather conditions such as earthquakes and typhoons. Please note that we may not be able to accept requests for delivery dates and times for remote islands and some areas.
