About shelf life of products

For products picked up at the store, please consume the bagel sandwich on the same day you receive it, and the bagel by the next day. All bagel mail order products will be sent by refrigerated delivery (frozen type: -15 degrees or less). Once they arrive, they can be stored in a freezer at -18 degrees or less for about one month.

How to order

Online reservation/store pick-up

  1. Go to the online reservation/in-store pickup page <br>Click the " Online reservation/in-store pickup " button at the top of the page to go to the page listing online reservations/in-store pickup items.
  2. Select a product Select a product from the ones displayed.
  3. Add a product to your cart <br>Click on the product to open its details. Select the product and quantity you want to reserve and click the "Add to cart" button.
    *For in-store pickup items, each person is limited to 10 items per order.
  4. Select the date and time of receipt .<br>Select the date and time of receipt on the cart screen. After selecting the date of receipt, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
  5. Check the details you entered Check your order details, enter your credit card information, and then click the "Pay Now" button.
  6. Order Completed <br>Your order has now been completed. The store will send you an email confirming your order details. On the day, please present your order number to a member of staff at the store to collect your items.
    *The order confirmation email will serve as a receipt.

Mail order

  1. Go to the mail order page <br>Click the " Mail Order " button at the top of the page to go to the page listing mail order products.
  2. Select a product <br>Select a product from those displayed.
  3. Add a product to your cart Click on the product to open its details. Select the product and quantity you want to purchase and click the "Add to cart" button.
  4. Choose to pick up in store or have it delivered by courier (refrigerated delivery) <br>If you would like to pick up your order directly at the store, select "Pick up in store." (In this case, there will be no shipping fee.) For all other cases, select "Courier (refrigerated delivery)."
  5. Check the details you entered Check your order details, enter your credit card information, and then click the "Pay Now" button.
  6. Order Completed <br>Your order has now been completed. The store will send you an email confirming your order. Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will send you an email to notify you that your items have been shipped.
    The shipping notification email will include the courier delivery number, so please arrange a time and date for you to collect your item.
    * The order confirmation email will serve as a receipt.
    *If you would like to pick up your mail order item in store, we will contact you by email to inform you of the desired pick-up date.

Notes

  • In-store pickup items and mail order items cannot be added to the cart at the same time. Please place separate orders.
  • If you order refrigerated delivery products and non-refrigerated delivery products at the same time, all products will be delivered by refrigerated delivery.
  • For in-store pickup items, if you are unable to pick up the item on the specified date, you will be charged the full amount as a cancellation fee.
  • For mail-order products, if the product is not received within the delivery company's storage period and is returned, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee. If the product is canceled after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the full amount as a cancellation fee.

Payment Method

Both in-store pick-up and mail-order items are paid for in advance online. You can pay in our online shop using any of the following methods. Payment can only be made in one lump sum.

  • Credit card payment (VISA / MasterCard / JCB / American Express)
  • Mobile payments (Google Pay/Apple Pay)

Cancellations and changes

Online reservation/store pick-up

If you wish to cancel, please contact us by the morning of March 2 business days prior to the in-store pickup date via the inquiry form . (For example, if you plan to pick up your order on March 31, please contact us by the morning of March 29.)
If you cancel your order after the deadline, we will begin preparations for production and will no longer be able to cancel your order. Your cancellation will be confirmed when you receive a cancellation confirmation email from us.

Mail order

If you wish to cancel, please contact us using the inquiry form by noon within 5 days of the order date. (For example, if you placed your order on March 27th, please contact us by noon on March 31st.)
If you cancel your order after the deadline, we will begin preparing the item for shipping and you will no longer be able to cancel. Your cancellation will be complete when you receive a cancellation confirmation email from us.

Product changes

If you wish to change the item you ordered, please cancel your order within the above period. After receiving confirmation of the cancellation, please place a new order.

Returns and Exchanges

Online reservation/store pick-up

If you find a defective product, please contact us using the inquiry form . Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Mail order

If you find a defective product, please contact us using the inquiry form . Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the delivery company's storage period being exceeded due to absence or for customer convenience.
*We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered is delivered, we will exchange it for a different product.

About the delivery note

In consideration of the environment and to protect your personal information, we do not issue "delivery notes." You can check the order details in the order confirmation email we send you. You can check your purchase history and order details from your My Page .

Issuing receipts

The order confirmation email sent to you after your order is complete will serve as your receipt. If you require a paper receipt, please print this email and use it as your receipt.
If you do not receive an email, please contact us using the inquiry form and let us know your order number. We will then send you a receipt (PDF) via email.

About My Page

By logging in to My Page , you can track your order, check your purchase history, reorder, change your address, and more. Log in to My Page using the one-time code sent to the email address you registered when you made your purchase. There is no need to create an account or password. When you enter your email address on the login screen, a one-time code will be sent to the email address you entered, and you can log in to My Page just by entering the one-time code.

If you don't receive an email

When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email and an email to inform you that the product has been shipped. If you have not received the correct email from us after placing an order, please check the following.

Entering your email address incorrectly

The email address you entered when registering may be incorrect. Please check your email address and try registering again with the correct email address.

Domain-specific reception settings

If you have set up domain-specific reception, you will need to change the settings to allow emails from the "@bagel.jp" domain to be received. The setting method differs depending on the mobile phone company or device, so please check how to set up domain-specific reception.

Automatic sorting to spam folder

If you are using a spam filter in your email service or receiving software, the order confirmation email sent from the store may be sorted into your "spam" folder. Please check your email folders again.

Mailbox quota exceeded

If your mailbox storage capacity has been exceeded, you may not be able to receive emails. Please check the storage capacity of your mailbox.

If none of the above applies and you have not received an email from us, please contact us via the inquiry form and provide us with your order number.
